Established in 2008, INHS Sanjivani (operating as JWin Mould) has grown to become one of the most trusted precision mould manufacturers in India. Based in the industrial hub of Kochi, Kerala, we combine traditional craftsmanship with advanced technology to deliver moulding solutions that meet international standards.

Our journey began with a vision to put Indian precision engineering on the global map. Today, we serve clients across 45+ countries, providing custom moulds for automotive, medical, packaging, consumer electronics, and industrial components.

Our facility spans 25,000 sq. ft. equipped with CNC machining centers, EDM machines, wire‑cut EDM, high‑speed milling, and comprehensive quality inspection laboratories. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and comply with stringent international quality norms.

Injection Mould Design

Comprehensive mould design using CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, CATIA, UG NX). Our design team focuses on manufacturability, cooling optimization, ejection systems, and reducing cycle times to ensure cost-effective production.

Precision Mould Manufacturing

High-precision mould fabrication using advanced CNC machining, EDM, wire EDM, and grinding. We specialize in multi‑cavity moulds, hot runner systems, and moulds for engineering plastics including PEEK, PPS, and liquid silicone rubber.
